Are Workers Family a Legit Company? Reviews?

I fancy doing a summer season somewhere warm like Napa or Zante and found a few companies like Workers Family who offer accommodation packages which to me look pretty amazing but I just want to make sure has anyone done this before? I saw there are more similar companies too like Ace, Summer Take Over, Rep Route do you think Workers Family are better? If anyone has been and done a summer season with them let me know xxx

I looked up Workers Family too but there were quite a few negative experiences like you apply give a deposit but when you arrive they pretty much leave you without much help so that put me off. It does look good though.
