Free summer study abroad programs for Americans

Does anyone know of any free or low cost study programs for summer for American students? I'm on a budget and I'm not sure I qualify for any scholarships. Most of the trips and organizations I've looked at so far are out of my price range.

Hi, I feel you but I don't think you'll be able to find free courses unless you get a scholarship or win a competition. I've been looking at CIEE and the prices are really high :O
