Free Volunteer Opportunities in Thailand
Can anyone recommend any free volunteering projects in Thailand, I don't mind where but preferably with animals. I was looking at IVHQ but it is too expensive at around £500 per week, but I'm struggling to find anything free or much lower costs. Working with elephants would be a dream. I'm thinking about going early next year around February.

Prices range from free, to upfront fees which include things like accommodation. It really depends on where you want to go/do as to the specifics. The main thing is to apply though, Thailand is such a special country.

Have you thought about visiting elephant sanctuaries in Thailand instead? There are lots all over the place and most do day taster visits which are really cheap.
Is there anything cheap/free in Thailand for a budget student? Preferably this summer.
