Student Discount Cards for Europe

Does anyone know if there is a student card for a university student to get that is eligible and noticed in European countries? To get cheaper discounts and things like that?

Have a look at a card called the International Student Card (ISIC).There may be versions for other countries, It’s the only one I know about anyway.
