Where is the best place to move to / live on a working holiday in Australia?

I'm planning to apply for a work holiday visa for Australia and I was thinking about going to work in Sydney but then I read Perth and Melbourne are also recommended?

Omg its my dream to move to Australia one day just imagine escaping the sh*** uk and the bas weather. Are these work holidays easy to do?
