Are Gap 360 a legit company or a scam?

What does everyone think of Gap 360? Are they reputable? I want to take a gap year to do a bit of backpacking and volunteering.

I checked out the Gap360 website but its hard to know if they are a scam or okay especially when you check reviews its always hard to know if they are real or not.
